September Nominees:

Girls:

Ellie Goodman – LC Anderson High School – Volleyball

Senior Outside Hitter – 3 year varsity starter. This year she leads the team in kills

Mia Elmurr – LC Anderson High  School – Volleyball

2 year varsity starter. This years leads the team in digs.

Elizabeth Cortez – LC Anderson High School – Volleyball

Sophomore Middle Blocker – 1st year varsity starter. This year leads team in blocks.

Swati Yarlagadda – LBJ High School – Tennis

Swati is the LBJ Tennis Girl’s team captain, She’s also  the number 1 ranked player for their team

Landry Rogers – Salado High School – Volleyball

Landry is captain of the Eagles volleyball team. She consistently steps up and is a big asset to the team both on offense and defense.

Lindsey Wiley – McCallum High School – Volleyball

She has played varsity volleyball for three years.  She Is one of my captains and our libero (defensive specialist).  Besides being a great athlete, she is also a great student. She is  in the top 5% of her class. This young lady works hard in everything she does.  I would love to see her get this award.

Boys:

Nathaniel Silva – Manor New Tech High School – Football

Team player and always gives it more than 100%

Jaylin McWilliams – Academy High School – Football

He had over 130 yds of returns on Special teams and scored 3 TD’s. He is a selfless player and has excelled at receiver this year .

Brian Batts – LBJ High School – Football

Varsity QB – Brian Batts has become the ultimate team player and leader for the LBJ Jaguar Football Team. He has displayed great character and he is performing at very high level.

Vishwa Aduru – LBJ High School – Tennis 

Ranked number 1 on the LBJ Tennis Team. Vishwa, with his doubles partner (and brother) Chaitanya delivered the school’s first State Championship in Tennis.

Colby Francis – Lanier High School – Football

Senior Wide Receiver for the Vikings, Colby is a great team leader and  constantly helps the team put points on the board. He is also an all-district basketball players that helped Lanier win a share of a district hoops title last year.

Diamonte Fracois – John B Connally High School – Football

Cougar’s running back and wide-receiver is a centerpiece for the offensive team.
